From Bid to Punch List

1. Bid. Send us your plans and finish schedule and we’ll return a written bid.
2. Coordination. We coordinate drywall touch-ups with your drywall crew before finish coats go on.
3. Products and sheens. We confirm colors, products and sheens with you and your homeowner before we start.
4. Painting and staining. Walls, ceilings, trim, doors, cabinets and exterior, in the order your schedule needs.
5. Final walkthrough. We walk the house with you and finish the punch list before closing.
